About the transducer

Is it wireless?

Yes, the Transducer runs on a battery with a duration of 7 hours. The battery is chosen based on the duration of the mood of 3 hours to take the diffuser to any room you want. We do recommend charging the machine daily for best quality usage.

What is the battery duration and how do I charge the diffuser?

The battery has an endurance of a minimum of 4 hours when working non-stop. Depending on your use of the Transducer, Low, Medium, High intensity the battery can last from 3 up to 6 hours consecutively before needing to be charged.

Do I need the application to turn on/off the diffuser?

You do not need the TRANSDUCE. Web Application to communicate with the diffuser. The diffuser has an interface on itself with an on/off button as well as a button to regulate the intensity of the diffuser. The Transducer communicates back to you in the form of soft lightning so you know it works according to your wishes.

What is the difference between Mood shots and the House blend?

The Transducer is created to hold two different size cartridges for two different purposes: The Moodshot & Houseblend. The smaller size is the moodshot, and the bigger size is the House blend.

The moodshot is the quick and interchangeable cartridge that you can use to complement your +3 hour needs during the day.

When falling in love with one specific fragrance, the House blend (30ml cartridge) will enable you to scent your home with one specific blend for a duration of 1 to 2 months.

Please note that once you have a House Blend in your diffuser and you want to create a momentum for yourself with a Moodshot, the Transducer will diffuse the small cartridge withholding the moodshot.

How does the Transducer work? Where do I put my cartridges?

Take off the top part of the Transducer
When you want to enjoy a Mood Shot, tak out the XS atomizer
Screw your moodshot into the XS atomizer and place it back into the Transducer as a whole
Put the top part back on the Transducer and touch power or turn on via your application on your phone
Decide the intensity on your Transducer by pressing 1 time for Low; 2 times for Medium; 3 times for High intensity or of course via the application

When you want to use a House Blend, take out the XL atomizer
Insert your House Blend into the XL atomizer and place it back into the Transducer

How does the Transducer work with putting in two cartridges?

In case you have two cartridges in the Transducer, the Transducer will effuse the small cartridge withholding the moodshot to create the momentum you want to enhance. Once the moodshot is empty, you will get a notification in your app that the cartridge is empty and the Transducer runs back on the large cartridge with your favorite house blend.

How long does the House Blend cartridge last?

2 months if you use the normal intensity throughout the entire day. Depending on the intensity of use as well as how often you use the diffuser, the duration can be longer or shorter than 2 months.

How long does the Mood shot cartridge last?

Our moodshots are created for specific momentums. This means that if you use the diffuser on normal intensity, the moodshot will last 3 hours to intensify the mood you want to enhance. Please note that although the cartridge is empty, the scent will last longer as well as the benefits your body experiences.

How many square meters does the Transducer fill?

The Transducer easily fills 30 square meters (330 ft) with scent.

About the essential oils

Can you use the essential oil blends on your skin? Can you consume the blends?

No, our blends are not created to be used on skin and definitely not to be consumed as a drink. The blends are created to be safely inhaled in gradual dosis, not to be administered as a concentrated drink. The essential oil blends remain 100% natural, but different blends and concentrations of extracts may have different effects on the skin. We did NOT create a skincare product and do not advise to use our concentrated product directly on your skin.

How do essential oils work?

When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. Our blends are specifically curated to enhance certain emotions during specific moments of your day.

Are essential oils a substitute for medicine?

Essential oils are NOT a substitute for medicine and TRANSDUCE. does not make that claim. Aromatherapy enhances your emotions en helps you get through the day.

Are essential oils toxic for pets and/or babies?

As our blends are not applied on the skin and diffused as a very fine mist there is no harm to your pets or baby. We advise you to use the scents for their assigned purpose as the blends have been specifically created for these different moments during the day. If you are under the age of 16 our products should be used under the supervision of an adult.

Can I use the essential oil blends without the Transducer?

Our essential oil blends are made exclusively to use within The Transducer and therefore, we do not advice to use the blends without the device. In case you do so, we are not responsible for the effects and consequences of the different usage of the blends.

When do I feel the effects of the essential oils? What can I expect?

When the essential oils are inhaled and reach the bloodstream, they take 20 minutes to affect your body cells. They metabolize out of the body within 2 1/2 hours.

Can I be allergic to essential oils?

Our essential oils are 100% natural; therefore, you are less inclined to be allergic to the chemical copies used in perfumes. Moreover, allergies to essential oils may be triggered when directly applied to the skin. As the Transducer diffuses a fine mist of our essential oil blends into the air one is less prone to trigger any allergic reaction. However, allergic reactions can be triggered by a number of factors, in the first instance, we suggest that you contact your GP or dermatologist for an exact diagnosis. Are your products organic?

We always try to source the best possible essential oils and ingredients. So, while our products are natural, they are not necessarily certified 100% organic because not every natural ingredient is certified organic. We also believe, in some cases, there are greater benefits from sourcing an ingredient from its natural environment rather than from an organic farm.

Are your products tested on animals?

TRANSDUCE. does not test on animals or accept ingredients that have been tested on animals. We are committed to sourcing the best possible essential oils, natural ingredients, and plant extract available to produce only the highest quality and most effective wellbeing products possible that meet safety and ethical standards.

What is our return policy?

You are permitted to return purchased products to TRANSDUCE for a refund of exchange with another product within 14 business days after receiving the parcel if you buy the products direct from www.transduce.eu

I put in the wrong address or I got a new address, what can I do?

You can send an email to info@transducearomas.com with the right address. Please notify us two weeks before your parcel is heading your way.

When can I expect my package?
